Early validation software
This site is an experimental validation build. It is provided to test whether a narrow material-readiness diagnostic is useful to small manufacturers. It is not a full ERP, MRP, purchasing, scheduling or production-control system.
No operational guarantee
Results depend on the files supplied and the assumptions of the current calculation. You are responsible for checking inventory accuracy, BOM accuracy, dates, quantities and operational suitability before acting on a result.
Current calculation scope
The validation build supports single-level BOMs and allocates known supply to jobs in scheduled start-date order. It does not currently model substitutes, multi-level BOMs, unit-of-measure conversions, multiple locations, lot restrictions, safety stock policies or manual reservation priorities.
Founding-plan price
The displayed US$79 per month amount is a pricing hypothesis used to measure commercial intent. No paid subscription is offered or charged through this validation build.
Files and privacy
Production CSV files are processed locally in the browser and are not intentionally uploaded to the validation server. See the privacy page for the limited event and work-email data that may be stored.
Availability
The validation build may change, be paused or be discontinued as the experiment evolves. Features shown in the founding-plan hypothesis are not commitments until a commercial product is launched.
